· Very good experience in Automotive Software Architecture principles/Styles/patterns.
· Sound knowledge on Software Design Patterns.
· Understand what is and isn’t an architecture decision.
· Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies.
· Strong understanding in tradeoff for different architectural approaches.
· Strong hands-on conceptual blueprint, like Enterprise Architecture.
· Technically proficient in Inter process/domain communication
· Strong knowledge on AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, Hypervisors, SOME/IP, CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
· Very good experience in designing SW architecture for Multi Core Processors
· Leverage failure detection strategies such as fault tree analysis
· Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages
· Experience in POSIX (Portable Operating System interface) development.
· Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Principles.

· Design and Develop software solution in general for automotive domain.
· Design functional system that stands out from the rest for domains including Driver assistance, Connectivity, User experience and vehicle controls.
· High-level decision makers in the process, determining design choices to technical standards, such as platforms and coding standards.
· Thoroughly Record/Document every aspect of the System or Solution.
· Assess software and system issues to find solutions to them as per requirements.
· Conduct research, gather information, interpret data, and then create a solution.
· Collaborate with departments across the organization and partners/suppliers across the industry.
· Create Software products and find ways to better them or revolutionize them.
· Encourage team members to think creatively as well as keep them motivated.
· Exhibit knowledge of development and operation methods related to agile software.
· Exhibit knowledge of practices and procedures related to the distributed architecture.
· Share skills and expertise with team and set a positive example for them.
· Be an all-rounder and exhibit Hardware and software aspects of any design.
· Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
· Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
· Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
· Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
