Job Description
- Req#: 501237
- Provide general guidance to prospective students about admissions/registration
- Travel in the service area assisting with admissions and dual enrollment grant applications
- Perform daily Admissions and Banner processes
- Assist with new student orientation, graduation, student recognition programs and other college events as needed
- Increase community awareness of TCAT Crump’s mission, services, and programs
- Interact with the public and assist with tours
- Distribute promotional materials, set up and manage display booths at special events like fairs, sporting events, and festivals
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-Secondary diploma preferred.
- Strong abilities in interpersonal skills, organization, reporting, and record keeping necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Use of computer
- Normal standing, sitting, and walking
- Lifting of boxes/items weighing approximately 40 lbs
- Operating a motor vehicle to travel within the college service area and in other areas as needed
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as necessary
