- Conduct and write dual-scope (ESA/PCA) assignments, integrating environmental site assessments (Phase I) and property condition assessments (PCAs).
- Provide recommendations and solutions to BLEW Managing Directors and staff, understanding the impact on transactions.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and lead fieldwork activities as needed.
- Perform research (historical, regulatory, etc.).
- Communicate with BLEW employees and site representatives.
- Conduct site reconnaissance.
- Compile and organize data.
- Prepare supporting documentation (site figures, appendices, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the BLEW Managing Director related to report schedules and planning.
- Ability to travel to regional job sites for field investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in environmental and property condition assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools.
- Certifications such as CEP, RA, or PE are beneficial but not required.
- Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD scopes is beneficial but not required.
