- $26/hour + Work Order Bonuses
- Bonus every week of On-Call
- Paid-for Certifications - CPO, HVAC, etc.

- Complete resident and property service requests
- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
- HVAC, painting, plumbing,
- Pool maintenance, grounds
- Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- EPA or CPO certification a plus!
- Must have valid Driver’s License
