What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development and implementation of knowledge management systems and policies within the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and create strategies to address them
- Lead the annual review and revision of Medicare Programs’ policies and procedures
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency in knowledge dissemination
- Mentor and coach customer service staff on policy implementation and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Medicare policies and guidelines, particularly with CMS oversight
- Proven leadership experience in process improvement and policy development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement

- Experience in knowledge management systems and tools
- Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience mentoring or training staff in a customer service environment
