  We are looking for you as our DVP Agile Program Management Office for our location in Rümlang.

  A job that matters: your tasks

  • As the DVP Agile Program Management Office , you lead the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) Global of the CIO organization.
  • You control and coordinate all development projects globally where SAFe is integrated (Switzerland, USA, Bulgaria, Spain, etc.).
  • You with your team of Project Managers are in charge to secure the project regarding time, budget, and product target cost through a series of milestones and related deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for uniting with, contributing to and sourcing from their colleagues in PMO leadership roles within the CIO organization with focus on continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
  • You will work closely with financial controlling to define and provide financial KPIs to stakeholders.
  • You facilitate the innovation roadmap including the related budgeting process according to given guardrails in close collaboration with the Product Management Project Office
  • You will coach regional Agile Program Management Office team and strives for continuous improvement on full range of work scope.

  An experience that matters: your skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level study in Engineering Discipline, MBA (preferred), PMP
  • You have several years of experience in a similar management position in a multinational company. At least 8 years in project portfolio and program management, PMP. Experience in SAFe a plus
  • You are experienced in managing international projects in a culturally diverse environment and therefore you own strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
