  About the Graduate program

  Our 2 year DWS Graduate program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

  Based in one of the world’s global financial centres , you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios . Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Program , you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate program is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.

  Whether you’re a creative thinker, a problem solver or have quantitative and technical skills in financial services, at DWS we have a programme to suit your development and career aspirations.

  If you want to be part of the DWS Graduate program, we offer structured programmes in our Investment, Product and Coverage divisions, as well as Infrastructure areas.

  Eligibility criteria

  You must be:

  • Completing your studies/graduating between August 2023 and August 2024.

  • Graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree and have less than one year full-time work experience.
