Your mission: Elevate your career by leading the development and execution of channel strategies for AFH & MAFH channels across all brands! As a crucial collaborator with the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll shape the DX framework, emphasizing conversion and optimization. Your dynamic role involves crafting and implementing trade marketing plans to ignite in-store activations, constantly refining methodologies for optimal execution and maximum ROI. Serving as the primary liaison for the sell-out sales force, you'll lead execution plans, while also providing invaluable support to the sell-in sales force during customer presentations. Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Support the elaboration and execution of the Channel Marketing Plan Co-lead with the trade marketing manager in defining the trade marketing annual plan for both hunting and presidium based on opportunities and identified picture of success in different POS. Cascade plan execution into customer-specific requirements. Define different levels of activation based on customer segmentation. Define specific levers with Trade Marketing Manager to activate and improve dispensing experience. Analyze results of performed activation; be present in the field to monitor execution levels with sell out and sell in, identify missed opportunities, make adjustments, and gather learnings. Run post-analysis partnering with sell out and AFH Trade Marketing Category to verify if standard KPIs are met and identify learning opportunities (not tool, mindset to monitor the activity and analyze the results of promotions). Act as the key point of reference for sell out/sell in sales force; prepare selling deck and toolkit for big event activation, partner with Sell out leads to define the best approach for deploying activations, serve as the point of reference for any field requests, and support sell in presentations to WHS.
