      Are you Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert?


      We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes

      A Day in the Life:
      • Provide day-to-day technical support for Dynamics 365 CE, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, customizations, and integrations
      • Monitor and maintain the health of client environments, including performance tuning and optimizing system resources
      • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and integrations with other systems
      • Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
      • Ensure all customizations and developments adhere to best practices, including coding standards, documentation, and testing protocols
      • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity between systems
      • Work with clients to identify and implement new integration opportunities that enhance business processes
      • Manage Dynamics 365 CE environments, including development, testing, and production instances
      • Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure environments are correctly configured, up to date, and secure
      • Oversee and coordinate with IT teams to ensure deployments, configurations, updates, and upgrades are completed with minimal disruption to client operations
      • Provide guidance on infrastructure improvements and scaling to support business growth


      What You Bring:
      • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a technical consulting role
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core
      • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integration techniques
      • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and experience with tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
      • Experience with data migration, integration tools, and managing Dynamics 365 CE environments
      • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
      • Experience in a managed services or support environment is preferred

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
      • Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Technical Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci
      • Certifications in related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure)
      • Equivalent certifications to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core

      $80,000 - $100,000 a year
      Expected salary range $80,000 to $100,000 plus 10% Variable earnings
