      We are seeking an experienced, senior-level Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Administrator/Developer with a robust foundation in accounting principles and advanced financial operations expertise. This role requires deep technical proficiency in D365FO, Financial Reporter, Power BI, and a capability to provide expert-level consulting and training for our finance team. You’ll serve as our key expert for configuring, developing, and optimizing D365FO, delivering critical financial insights and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making. Experience in data migration, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 CE integration via Dual Write is essential.


      Responsibilities

      Dynamics 365 Administration:

      • Environment Management: Manage and configure Dynamics 365 environments (sandbox and production), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
      • Backup & Recovery: Schedule backups, test recovery plans, and validate data integrity.
      • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Microsoft support for escalations.
      • Security Management: Administer security roles and permissions, conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
      • Patch & Update Management: Manage updates, including hotfixes and patches, ensuring proper testing before production deployment.

      Development and Customization:

      • Custom Solutions: Design customizations and extensions using X++, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
      • Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes.
      • Develop and deploy customizations, extensions, and workflows to optimize D365FO for finance operations.
      • Administer, support, and enhance Dual write integration with D365 CE Environment.
      • API Development: Create custom APIs and integrations to align with organizational goals.

      Data Migration & Integration:

      • Data Migration: Lead data migration projects, ensuring data integrity with tools like Tibco.
      • Integration Management: Manage integrations between CE and F&O, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
      • Integration of CE and F&O: Manage and configure the integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization across both platforms.

      Power Platform Development:

      • Power Platform Solutions: Develop and manage Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI reports to enhance business operations.
      • Data Analytics: Design Power BI dashboards for actionable insights from Dynamics 365 Ecosystem and other sources.

      Monitoring, Security & Disaster Recovery:

      • Real-Time Monitoring: Implement real-time monitoring to ensure system availability.
      • Disaster Recovery: Design and test disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
      • Security Compliance: Ensure security and compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements.

      Solution Architecture & Project Management:

      • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
      • Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies for efficient solution delivery.
      • Training & Support: Provide training and documentation for users and junior team members.
      • Act as primary support for finance team inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

      Financial Insight & Compliance:

      • Leverage D365FO to improve financial reporting and data accuracy, adhering to accounting standards and best practices Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies for efficient solution delivery.
      • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by optimizing workflows and ensuring accurate financial data.

      Advanced Reporting & Analytics:

      • Develop comprehensive financial reports and statements using Dynamics 365 Financial Reporter, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights.
      • Design and maintain robust Power BI dashboards, integrating data from D365FO, CE, and other relevant sources to provide real-time business intelligence.
      • Optimize reporting processes and automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

      Qualifications

      • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with strong technical proficiency in customization and integration Technical Skills: Proficient in X++, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics SDK.
      • Data Management: Expertise in data migration using Tibco or similar tools. Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and API development.
      • Security & Troubleshooting: Strong background in system monitoring, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and security management.
      • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
