Job Description
- Req#: R3769
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs and integrate them seamlessly with other systems and platforms.
- Provide training to end-users and deliver ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise across multiple modules.
- D365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and workflow design
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system and/or Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check .

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. In this role, you will drive the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 platform.
You will provide expertise in managing projects to deliver key initiatives for the Data & Audience team at Tennis Australia. As a key member of the CRM team, you will be involved in collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, design solutions, develop business processes, conduct user training, and support implementation activities.
