      Job Summary:
      • The Brand Experience team defines, develops, and executes integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategies that support business objectives.
      • We are part of the Brand Marketing team and help execute brand strategy initiatives cross-functionally for business units including enterprise, devices, consumer, and gaming.

      About the role:
      • Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Brand Experience Specialist to support the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, organic/paid social, and search campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand consistency, and promotional success.
      • In this role, you will act as the hub of cross-functional collaboration, creating campaign briefs, coordinating assets, and ensuring seamless execution across channels.
      • The ideal candidate is both creative and operationally savvy, capable of balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Email & SMS Marketing:
      • Customer Support: Address customer care team inquiries related to email campaigns, product promotions, and offers in a timely and professional manner.
      • Copywriting: Work with the editorial team to craft engaging email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) designed to drive customer engagement and conversions.
      • Email Design: Work with the brand creative team to design visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
      • Product Coordination: Collaborate with product marketing to feature relevant products and promotions in email campaigns.
      • Content Alignment: Ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies and resonates with the target audience.

      Web & Promotion Management:
      • Promotion Setup: Manage the setup of seasonal and recurring promotions and ensure timely updates to e-commerce-enabled web pages.
      • Web Updates: Perform ad hoc updates to the website, including inventory, pricing, and offer changes, in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
      • Wireframing & QA: Create wireframes for new product detail pages and category pages; oversee quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and design accuracy.
      • Legal Compliance: Draft and update legal terms and conditions for each promotion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

      Brand Experience & Project Management:
      • Campaign Brief Creation: Develop clear, detailed briefs for each campaign, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
      • Asset Creation: Oversee the end-to-end creation of D2C promotional assets, managing feedback cycles for copy, design, web development, and email deployment.
      • Globalization: Ensure marketing assets are appropriately localized for global audiences.
      • Performance Optimization: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

      Required Skills/ Qualifications:
      • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization, email marketing, and customer journey design.
      • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across creative, marketing, sales, and product teams.
      • Strong copywriting and design skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with UTM tracking and performance analytics.
      • Experience with legal compliance for promotions is a plus.
      • Familiarity with storage technology or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
