Job Description
- Req#: 16650
- Analysis and evaluation of fulfillment performance levels in order to support and further develop online service level: Review of lead times, pending, cancellation rates, return rates and so forth
- Coordination of initiatives related to E-Operations Store/RWH set-up, New Packaging, new third parties implementation
- Partner with Logistics, Retail Operations, IT, E-Merchandising and Client Service, to solve issues and improve the operational flow
- Report on KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the projects and operational flows

JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will be in charge of identifying needs and opportunities to enhance ecommerce operations and of driving success by optimizing online operations, coordinating logistics and store operations and implementing continuous process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in business management or engineering
Analytical mindset and passion for numbers
Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written )
