- Regularly communicate with all cross-functional partners, including Photo, Buyers, E-Commerce Merchants, and Site Management, to keep them abreast of product imagery status, recommendations, and challenges.
- Serve as primary liaison with specific collection vendors to oversee timelines, processes, and launching collection imagery on time for seasonal launches.
- Prepare import sheets in Excel for product and SKU level imagery.
- Complete all photo requests for external and internal parties.
- Fully test/QA all seasonal product launches and weekly site updates – prioritizing any issues found to be fixed and subsequently validated.
- Maintain organized, scalable, and digestible taxonomy for file server.
- Take initiative in business meetings and come prepared as a team representative when called upon.
- Perform daily cleanup and maintenance of the site.
- Assist in special projects, as assigned.
- BA/BS Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, imaging, or web production.
- Upbeat and agile team player, with keen attention to detail and the ability and desire to drive business results.
- Confident communicator, with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented point of view.
- Strong knowledge of asset and content management systems (WCM/DAM).
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to execute complex formulas.
- Familiarity with Airtable and/or QlikSense is a plus.
- Desire to lead projects effectively and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and evolving working environment.

About the Role
As an E-Commerce Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing, testing, and uploading digital assets to westelm.com. You will be working closely with the photo and digital merchant teams to execute seasonal site launches, and weekly updates. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure all site assets adhere to the brand’s various style guides and are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and project management software, and is comfortable working with high SKU and imagery counts. The candidate must have knowledge of image processing services and WCM platforms.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
