      Title:

      E3D/PDMS Administrator

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Responsible for the support and maintenance of the AVEVA suite of applications and also the KBR standard roll out (common engineering environment).
      Required to perform problem solving and fixing of software operating system related issues, working with both customers and software suppliers to resolve day to day issues.
      Duties also include consultative/advisory role to projects, providing innovative solutions and technologies with a focus on cost and schedule savings, performing data management activities such as project handover, project archiving.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      ESSENTIAL SKILLS
      Advanced knowledge in order to support main AVEVA applications: ADMINISTRATION, PDMS, E3D, ENGINEERING, REVIEW, AVEVA NET, ENGAGE, DACS, GLOBAL
      A good knowledge of PML 1 AND 2.
      Modification/configuration of Oracle and SQL Server database using SQL and PL/SQL.
      Windows OS skills both server and client
      Batch and windows script writing
      Good problem solving skills
      Must be able to work unsupervised, prioritize and take responsibility

      PREFERRED SKILLS
      A good knowledge of AVEVA Licensing System (ALS)
      Advanced scripting skills (Windows Script and Power Shell)
      Knowledge of Windows Directory, Windows Security (shares and file permissions)
      Experience working with AVEVA Net Gateways
      Knowledge of E3D configuration around the use of the MS Ribbon Bar
      Working knowledge of C# and XML
      Familiar with using ticket based support system
      All round Engineering knowledge of requirements for deliverables, and materials management
      A good knowledge of interfacing applications and data sets
      Requirements gathering and documenting skills
      Comfortable with presenting to and training others
      Able to generate and maintain documentation in the form of user guides, training materials and test plans
