      JOB PURPOSE

      Support and advise BCM Airports on all matters pertaining to GMR Airports Limited, International Assets ( Male, Cebu), New business opportunities, GMR Airport Developers and inputs on DIAL & GHIAL financial matters on need basis. Alignment to overall mission/objective Provide inputs and analyses to BCM on various issues which impact the top and bottom line of the businesses when the same are put upto BCM by respective CXO for decisions and guidance

      Accountabilities

      Key Performance Indicators

      • Monitor progress of business initiatives at GMCAC and Cebu CJV

      - BCM is kept upto date on issues

      - Facilitating cross learning between - Cebu and Indian assets

      - Decision making is not held up

      • Support the BD team in airport opportunities – analysis, forecasting, documentation, financial model vetting

      Decision making on Go/No-Go

      • Monitor progress of Male arbitration and support the business team in preparation of documents/reviews

      - BCM is kept upto date on issues

      - Support in providing documents pertaining to Male from archives

      • Oversee AOP and strategic plan process for airport sector including all subsidiaries
      • Timely completion of AOP formulation
      • Clearance of AOPs by BCM and GHB
      • Update and advise BCM on financial matters pertaining to GAL as well as any fund raising ( Debt or equity ) in airport sector

      Timely analyses made available to BCM

      EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

      External – Limited to requirements posed by BCM.

      GMR partners – Megawide Corporation

      Consultants – including Auctus Advisors

      INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

      Internal – GCMO, Sector CFO, MD International Airports, CEA GMCAC, CFA GMCAC, BD Head, CEO GADL, CEO Aviation Academy

      FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

      •Not applicable as my role is an extension of requirements of Business Chairman. In a way, my role is to offer my intellectual potential to BCM to utilize for enhancement of financial results of the business

      OTHER DIMENSIONS

      •NO direct reportees

      EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

      •Difficult to quantify minimum requirements but preference can be given to:
      •BE or MBA or both from a Tier 1 institute is preferred
      •Else top of class from a Tier 2 institute with a strong analytical bent of mind

      RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

      •The role requires maturity to work along with multiple CXOs and influence non reporting relationships
      •No set benchmark for experience but experience of 8-10 and a grade in the organization which commands respect is essentially what should suffice.
