What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach calls to ensure client connection with services and complete telephonic surveys
- Respond promptly to requests for client appointment setting from EAP Consultants
- Coordinate outreach to network providers to confirm availability and appointments
- Address inquiries regarding client benefits, procedures, and payment matters
- Maintain accurate client records in the database and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of work experience in psychology, social work, or counseling, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in problem-solving and decision-making
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficient in typing and data entry, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience using Salesforce
