Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a range of clients dealing with complex life challenges.
Support clients in taking an active role in the change process by working from a strength-based approach.
Provide excellent clinical services and embrace the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
Minimum five (5) years of post-masters clinical experience
Membership in good-standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Previous experience incorporating SFT models to support a diverse range of folks with various presenting concerns, including mental health, addictions, work related stress, etc..
