      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough telephonic assessments of risk to self or others and clinical screenings
      - Guide individuals to appropriate benefits and resources
      - Coordinate and facilitate response to high-risk situations
      - Engage with members to assess their needs and develop action plans
      - Authorize additional services and maintain accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health field
      - Ability to work with a diverse population
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in computer applications
      - Willingness to support and grow the culture and mission of the employer
