      Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme

      • Full-time onsite employment of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office.

      • We will accommodate start dates between 1 April to 30 April 2024.

      • Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400.- (salary: CHF 4’050- plus health benefits: CHF 350-).

      • All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses.

      • Immigration and minimal relocation support.

      Role : IMPACT DESIGN AND COORDINATION, CENTRE FOR THE NEW ECPONOMIC AND SOCIETY

      The Impact Design and Coordination function designs, coordinates and communicates the Centre’s impact, insights and initiatives.

      Reason for hiring:

      As the Centre for the New Economy and Society embarks on advancing its data and insights works and processes, the ECP will help in scaling up recent data products and innovations piloted for CNES publications.

      The role will support the rigorous data integration, governance and analysis required to break data silos across the Centre’s publications and surveys and provide a single source of insight across multiple products of the Centre.

      The selected candidate will be responsible for:

      • Support the design of new dashboards, data tools and visualizations building on the Centre’s current portfolio of data and insight products

      • Support the development of the Centre’s data governance principles and guidelines

      • Develop metadata, data glossary and data dictionary and necessary support materials for the Centre’s data infrastructure

      • Aligning data structures across various datasets to ensure consistency and scalability

      Preferred qualification and experience:

      • An advanced university degree in business analytics, statistics, economic and/or social sciences with a strong quantitative focus.

      • Up to 2 years experience in data analysis, visualization, management and/or governance

      Desired skills:

      • Advanced programming (R, python) and data analysis skills

      • Project management and change management skills, capacity to work in teams

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
