Full-time onsite employment of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office.
We will accommodate start dates between 1 April to 30 April 2024.
Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400.- (salary: CHF 4’050- plus health benefits: CHF 350-).
All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses.
Immigration and minimal relocation support.
Develop work plans and systems that guide the work of the Foundations and enable the seamless execution of events, communications, and campaigns
Support planning, design, and production for the 2024 Global Shapers and Young Global Leaders Summits
Coordinate community outreach and events, including managing participant communications
Develop innovative ways to showcase impactful community stories and projects, including social media posts, sessions and workshops, and event reports
Contribute to data collection and analysis, helping identify areas for growth and improvement
Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of relevant work experience
Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Community building, communications, and/or event management experience
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).
Strong time management and organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Supporting the implementation and administration of a new community membership structure
Developing a new community peer mentorship programme
Refining the YGL Alumni Community onboarding process
Developing topic and subject focussed online groups for YGL networking and collaboration, using TopLink, our digital community platform
Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
Interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development and community management
Experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation
Perfect command of verbal and written English; with excellent professional writing skills in English
Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).
Team player and creative self-starter with strong attention to detail and outstanding relationship-building skills
