      The Role:

      This position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Applied Epic to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The System Configuration Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, implement changes, and maintain system integrity and compliance.

      Responsibilities:

      Configure, test, and maintain Applied Epic insurance agency management system
      • Configuration includes confidential client and employee data as well as system settings
      • Follow established procedures and policies for system configuration.
      • Ensure that all system configurations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

      Qualifications

      The Requirements:

      • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and above

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

      • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
      • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2025 through June 2027

      Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

      Compensation: The hourly rate being offered for this role is $20hr. USD. This role is also eligible for over-time.
