We are on the lookout for an Early Careers Specialist to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Learning & Development Leader to develop and implement our graduate recruitment process and our Early Careers program and will be integral to delivering our early careers strategy. At ACOR, we are passionate about developing the next generation of great engineering consultants and as our Early Careers Specialist, you'll oversee all aspects of our early career's initiatives designed to attract and retain our graduates, undergraduates and trainees. Working with experienced leaders and the broader business, you'll have to opportunity to develop a network with leading universities, build talent pipeline for emerging graduates and implement an internal graduate program to ensure our staff are setting up their career for success. While each day and each month will be different as our Early Careers specialist you'll: * Collaborate with Local Office Leaders and Service Leaders to create and execute targeted early career attraction and retention strategies aligning with the office and discipline needs. * Cultivate and sustain relationships with high schools, universities, local TAFE institutions, engineering societies, and professional bodies like Engineers Australia. * Participate in early career events at universities and TAFE institutions across Australia serving as a brand ambassador to actively showcase ACOR Consultants as an employer of choice * Assist Hiring Managers by handling advertising, candidate screening and assessments, interview logistics, feedback provision, offer letter coordination, and reference checking. * Support the leadership team in ensuring appropriate development projects and experiences are available to graduates. * Collaborate with the Learning & Development Leader and Talent Acquisition Manager to research, consult, and implement new early career initiatives, including EVP communication, expanding presence on graduate platforms, and tailoring attraction strategies for regional areas. * Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with the Marketing Team to devise initiatives enhancing ACOR Consulting reputation and employer brand as a preferred choice for early career candidates. * Become the face and the point of contact for the graduate program. * Work closely with the Learning & Development Leader to develop and manage a graduate program aimed to upskill and retain our early career professionals. To be successful in this role, it's anticipated you'll have: * Previous experience delivering Early Careers recruitment processes. * Great time management and prioritisation skills. * The ability to influence and coach stakeholders to achieve outcomes. * A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to collect and analyse data to make informed decisions. * A genuine interest in developing people at the start of their career. * Tertiary qualifications in HR/ Psychology or a related field would be advantageous. This role can be based in any of our capital city offices and offers flexible working arrangements and is a key part of our future growth plans.
