      Job title: Early Childhood Business Solutions Program Coordinator

      The Early Childhood Business Solutions Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, supporting, and promoting ECBS projects to meet contractual goals. This role involves managing participant relationships through regular meetings and training, ensuring program compliance, and supporting continuous quality improvement. Utilizes systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM for data tracking, monthly reporting, and performance monitoring. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate operations and billing. Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to program leadership and demonstrates proficiency in the ECBS program’s core pillars: automation, the Iron Triangle, individualized coaching, and vetted policies and procedures.

      In this role you will:

      • Recruit and assess eligible childcare providers to participate in ECBS program projects through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts to meet contractual enrollment targets.
      • Manages and sustain relationships with ECBS participants by conducting regular check-ins, facilitating targeted training sessions, and providing individualized support to BMS to ensure required participant coaching, program compliance, and continuous quality improvement to meet contractual targets.
      • Provide consistent business coaching as needed to support the program when the regular Program BMS is unavailable.
      • Fulfill mandated reporter responsibilities by promptly responding to incidents, notifying Program Manager, and completing documentation in accordance with agency and legal reporting policies.
      • Maintain relationships with program vendors and internal department partners through meetings and ongoing communication to ensure accurate billing and payments, program compliance, and fulfillment of contractual requirements.
      • Ensure that services meet program and contractual requirements by reviewing records and documentation, directly observing service delivery, and documenting and tracking data in accordance with established guidelines, while meeting contractual deadlines, including monthly and quarterly data reporting, to support compliance and quality assurance.
      • Use program systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, for ongoing monitoring and reporting of documentation and program measurables, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format to support data-driven discussions and decision-making.
      • Demonstrate proficiency in and actively support the four foundational pillars of the ECBS program: automation, the Iron Triangle, individualized coaching and consulting, and the application of vetted policies and procedures.
      • Meet with the Program Manager to provide data-driven insights and make informed recommendations based on analysis of program and community data.
      • Prepare for and participate in regular, reflective supervision with direct supervisor and proactively seek guidance and support.
      • Adhere to the Southwest Human Development Mission, Vision, Core Values, and policies.
      • Provide services that are family-centered and relationship-based.

      What it takes:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, early childhood education, or related field.
      • Master’s degree in business administration, early childhood education, or related field preferred.
      • At least 3 years of experience in:
        • Coaching, training, or supervising in early childhood education settings.
        • Budgeting, fiscal management, and child care business practices.
        • Understanding of ADHS/DES child care regulations.
        • Applying adult learning principles.
        • Navigating community resources.
      • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver’s license for statewide travel.
      • Background in project management.
      • Possess an insured & reliable vehicle and a valid AZ driver’s license.
      • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
      • DES Criminal Affidavit Required.
      • AZ DHS Criminal History Affidavit Required.
      • FPC DPS Verification Required.
      • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
