    • Provide individualized instruction and support to young children with diverse abilities and developmental needs in a preschool or early childhood setting.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique learning requirements and goals.
    • Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
    • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support children’s progress and ensure a coordinated approach to learning and development.
    • Assess and document student progress, including conducting regular evaluations to measure growth in skills, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
    • Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assistive technologies to support learning for children with varying abilities.
    • Modify instructional materials and activities to accommodate children’s individual learning styles and needs.
    • Maintain effective communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues regarding students' progress, concerns, and accomplishments.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences.

    • We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young children with special needs, including those with physical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral challenges. As an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development, learning, and well-being of children in our early childhood education programs.

      Key Responsibilities:
