  About Goodstart Redcliffe – Williams Street

  Goodstart Redcliffe – Williams Street nestled in the warm, coastal heart of Redcliffe , our early learning centre is unlike any other. With a capacity of just 45-places , we pride ourselves on creating a genuine home away from home —a place where every child is known, cherished, and given the opportunity to thrive.

  Our beautiful centre is housed in a converted character home, lovingly preserved with original stained-glass windows, warm timber trims, and rustic brickwork. This unique space radiates comfort, creativity, and calm—an eclectic setting for nurturing young minds and hearts.

  We are currently searching for an inspiring, confident, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to take the lead in our Kindergarten Room (ages 3–5) in a full-time position.
  

  • Work in the Kindergarten Room with 22 children alongside with two educators.
  • Programming Time? Absolutely. You’ll be provided with five dedicated hours of programming time each week, in your own staff-only planning space.
  • With set, consistent shifts, you'll have the stability to build deep connections and guide your team with clarity and purpose.

  You’ll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Queensland – Registration voluntary if eligible, not required
