      About the Role & Our Centre - Goodstart Wishart:

      Are you a passionate, experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful difference in a Kindy program that values creativity, cultural diversity, and community?

      Goodstart Wishart is seeking a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindy 2 room (22 children) in a permanent full-time role. You’ll work alongside a supportive and skilled co-educator and enjoy 5 hours of dedicated programming time each week. While programming is primarily completed onsite, there may be flexibility to work from home when all QRS documentation is up to date.

      You’ll thrive in a team that values:

      • Confidence engaging with families and colleagues
      • Experience running high-quality Kindy programs
      • Strong knowledge of the QRS and 3-5 Framework
      • Creativity and initiative
      • A willingness to participate in occasional after-hours team meetings (paid)

      Although this role is not suitable for new graduates, it’s perfect for an Early Childhood Teacher who brings confidence, experience, and a heart for community.

      You’ll need:

      • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
