      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data from evaluations to determine child eligibility for the ECI program
      - Develop, review, and evaluate Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
      - Monitor and reassess the needs of children, coordinating necessary services
      - Assist families in accessing rights and services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
      - Collaborate with local education agencies and community organizations for effective transition services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a field related to early childhood intervention
      - Experience working with young or severely/profoundly delayed children preferred
      - Ability to work cooperatively with families, community agencies, and educational personnel
      - Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs
      - Willingness to complete additional training in the Competency Demonstration System within one year of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills are preferred
      - Experience in record keeping, case management, and parent training preferred
      - Knowledge of child development and infant/early toddler assessment preferred
