      Responsibilities:

      • The Distribution Manager will strategize, coordinate, and support EagleBurgmann Industries' (EBI) national sales growth initiatives for the EBI Distribution Channel annually.
      • They will collaborate frequently with District Managers to set goals, targets, and plan initiatives for the distributors.
      • The Distribution Manager will also work closely with Territory Managers to define targeted initiatives for the distributors.
      • Responsibilities include executing the distribution strategy, evaluating performance, selecting new distributors, training distributor sales representatives and engineers, and coordinating with marketing on promotional materials.
      • They will maintain constant interaction with distributor principals to increase focus on EagleBurgmann, and manage distributor relationships to minimize "Out of sight, out of might" scenarios.
      • The Distribution Manager will lead the EB Distribution Council, ensuring two in-person meetings with the top 10 distributors annually and progress on related action items.
      • They will establish and implement Distributor Strategic business growth plans annually, including a yearly price increase for distributors, and monitor performance during quarterly BP&R reviews.
      • Additional responsibilities include organizing technical forums, collaborating with EB Academy for training, reporting monthly progress, adhering to EBI policies, maintaining CRM opportunities, and ensuring maximum attendance for one-on-one meetings.

      Key Performance Measurements:

      • Achieving Order Intake and Net Sales targets for distributors, meeting corporate profitability targets, and improving overall customer satisfaction for distributors.

      Qualifications:

      • BSME or equivalent engineering degree and plus 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry

      • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.

      • Good written and verbal reporting skills. Excellent computer application skills in MS Office products. Experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C (CRM) definitely a plus

      • Travel required 50% of time.
