Job Description:
The EBI Market Meader is a strategic partner and liaison to the Global Commercial Bank and Global Commercial Investment Banking as it relates to acquisition and deepening with commercial clients and their employees. This role will be responsible for managing relationship managers who closely work with EBI Companies
This role is responsible for managing a team comprised of EBI Relationship Managers. Key responsibilities of the role include driving local strategies and tactics surrounding the client experience, deepening, and growing relationships, and ensuring operational excellence at the market level.
As an EBI Market Leader, you will be responsible for reviewing market information such as: complex product analyses, product, and program profitability & financial performance. Assessing recommendations for product and program enhancements. Key competencies required include new client onboarding, program development and execution. Relationship management with external Clients, developing/foster new growth channels for clients as well as enhancing existing experiences, participating in conversations across all channels (as needed) as well as with internal control partners, product leaders, marketing, and finance teams to oversee the client-facing experience and overall results of the program.
In addition to managing a team of EBI+ RMs, you will also be responsible for managing a team of Employee Relationship Managers (ERM). ERM teammates are responsible for engaging employees of the companies we serve to help them understand the breadth of benefits EBI offers and execute on uncovered financial needs. This role is a centralized role conducted mostly over the phone and includes participation in virtual seminars and in-person events such as benefits fairs.
