      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Convert print production files into ebooks using in-house processes
      - Prepare print production files for third-party vendor conversion and perform quality control
      - Update ebook files in response to quality issues and maintain title-level database records
      - Participate in discussions to improve production processes and the digital reading experience
      - Provide feedback for improvements to in-house tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
      - Experience with HTML editing software, EPUB, HTML, and CSS
      - Proficiency in Mac OS and iPad OS
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in digital publishing or book design
      - Familiarity with other Adobe Suite programs
      - Experience with File Maker Pro or other database software
