What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Validate data results from the system, ensuring accuracy by comparing them to loan documents
- Perform data entry to fill information gaps and update documents according to established procedures
- Upload loan files for indexing and review, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date
- Assist in team projects, testing, and provide constructive feedback for process improvement
- Maintain confidentiality of non-public and client-sensitive information while adhering to company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and updating loan documents within the mortgage industry
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate/Technical Degree preferred
- Good understanding of standard Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae forms
- Proficient in using a personal computer and basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a high-volume production environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with borrower income, asset, credit, and property documents
- Experience identifying and updating specific loan document attributes and data fields
- Skillful typing and ability to quickly match document fields with system information
