What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver Laserfiche Cloud projects aligned with the agency's strategic plan
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and effective task ownership
- Facilitate engagement with stakeholders and manage steering committee for strategic alignment
- Conduct risk assessments and manage vendor deliverables to ensure compliance
- Support organizational change management through targeted communication and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) project management
- Experience leading IT professionals or consulting as a technical lead for at least one (1) year
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), STEM, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, user interface design, system testing, and IT project management
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with records management best practices
- Two (2) years of experience managing projects for process automation using a content management system
- Knowledge of Monday.com or Microsoft Planner or similar portfolio management systems
- Organizational Change Management certification
- Agile or Lean Certifications, such as Scrum Master or Six Sigma
