      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to students via phone, chat, email, and ticketing
      - Maintain high service levels for student support metrics, including NPS, call answer rate, and CSAT ratings
      - Resolve technical issues related to student records, course access, and enrollment
      - Build rapport with students and assist them in navigating their courses and certificate programs
      - Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance customer service skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Experience with various CRM, LMS, and SIS software, including Salesforce, Canvas, and Destiny
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
      - Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
      - Prior experience in online education or higher education support
      - Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
