      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or related disciplines
      - Deep understanding of Python Programming, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or SQL
      - Comfortable using technology for communication and instruction
      - Exceptional communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentorship experience in related disciplines
      - Online instructional experience, particularly using Integrated Development Environments
      - Ability to facilitate courses in eCornell certificates beyond those listed above
