What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and automate KPIs for operational units and create dashboards for easy access and analysis
- Lead cross-functional analyst meetings to ensure shared understanding and best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert to develop and cross-train analysts
- Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into appropriate data models and processes
- Develop complex analytical models and dashboards to support data collection and inform decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in data analytics or relevant field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Senior-level skills in data analysis, visualization, and management
- Experience with statistical computer languages (e.g., SQL) and data manipulation
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualizations and dashboards
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
