      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and supervision for learning consultants supporting corporate partnership programs
      - Independently troubleshoot complex customer issues and implement effective solutions
      - Foster and maintain high-level client relationships to influence and accommodate client needs
      - Manage staff performance, workload, and development opportunities
      - Coordinate client program implementation and deliver effective presentations to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience in corporate learning environments and demonstrated leadership experience
      - Proven ability to supervise a team and engage staff effectively
      - Solid understanding of technical concepts and web applications
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
