What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP payroll components with meticulous attention to detail
- Configure and support Payroll Control Center for regular and off-cycle processing
- Design and maintain multiple payroll schemas in an outsourced model
- Create and configure payroll functions and operations for general use
- Analyze and test payroll-related changes included in support packages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in US SAP payroll configuration required
- SAP Payroll Certification preferred
- Knowledge of SAP On-Premise/SAP EC Payroll (ECP) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with BSI SAAS and EFORMS Factory
- Knowledge of Boomi, HCI, or PTP
