  Schedule: Saturday- Monday 10pm-8amu00A0

  Provide creative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Assign loads based on customer requirements, driver availability and maximum profitability for assigned region.

  Our planning team plays a key role in keeping our drivers moving out on the road. Planners are subject matter experts in understanding where freight needs are relative to each specific market on a daily basis. Our planning team is able to achieve KPIu2019s by possessing strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in utilizing our technology.

  • Review markets, check over/under capacity and check freight needs with Customer Accounts daily.
  • Determine balance, capacity, and demand of loads and trucks and assign loads to trucks.
  • Continually increase understanding of assigned market and customers and share findings with sales and/or customer account employees.
  • Actively review reports, identify waste opportunities and collaborate with sales and/or customer accounts to develop optimal solutions.

  Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+ years' in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must be able to work in high pressure and dynamic environment.
  • Must possess exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to persuade and influence others.

  
  Pay Range: $20-24 Hourly, depending on experience.
