What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain complex EDI maps for electronic data exchange
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather business requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure smooth information flow
- Create and maintain documentation related to EDI processes and procedures
- Coordinate with external trading partners for onboarding and issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree, Bachelor's degree in applicable technology field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an EDI Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of EDI protocols, standards, and processes
- Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific EDI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Web Service APIs (SOAP, REST with JSON, etc)
