      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to promptly resolve errors
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on EDI issues
      - Ensure EDI transactions comply with HIPAA regulations
      - Develop and maintain EDI documentation, including companion guides and process documentation
      - Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI processes and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as an EDI analyst, business analyst, or client/payer-side experience in healthcare revenue cycle management software and technology
      - Strong knowledge of EDI protocols and standards, specifically 27x and 83x healthcare transactions
      - Proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, HL7) and related software applications
      - Experience with business processes and workflows related to healthcare reimbursement and patient access
      - Familiar with Agile methodologies, including scrum and Kanban

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Good knowledge and experience in using Salesforce, Atlassian JIRA, and Microsoft 365 applications
      - Great proficiency in Excel, able to perform complex functions and use data analytics tools
