What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, lead, and manage complex EDI integration projects across various systems
- Oversee implementation and governance of HL7, X12, FHIR, and API-based integrations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on interoperability standards and federal mandates
- Collaborate with leadership to align integration strategies with organizational goals
- Mentor and train junior analysts while providing technical leadership within the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare EDI
- Mastery of healthcare data standards, including HL7, X12, FHIR, and CDA
- Advanced experience with Epic Bridges and related integration tools
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows within EHR systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Corepoint, Rhapsody, or similar interface engines
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and cloud-based integration technologies
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and data privacy/security frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
