      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly and accurately to customer and vendor inquiries, escalating issues as needed
      - Apply superior knowledge of wholesaler account setups, EDI, and dispensing data requirements
      - Provide continuous updates to customers on open cases, ensuring proper follow-up
      - Handle advanced and sensitive issues related to wholesaler account setups and data feeds
      - Manage bundled cases to enhance overall customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent; typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of advanced administrative support experience
      - Experience in product support and issue resolution with multiple departments or vendors
      - Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
      - Knowledgeable in Excel and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in the Macro Helix Support division
      - Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
      - Knowledge of electronic data feeds (EDI) and Business Objects
      - Familiarity with SAP and the McKesson Connect system
