      We are hiring for an EDI Consultant on our implementation team. You will play a critical role in leading our customers and/or vendors through EDI onboarding, delivering file specifications and testing/troubleshooting any issues.

      WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

      • Estimated Salary $49,920 - $62,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
      • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
      • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
      • Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
      • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      • Leads the customer through EDI onboarding, identifying business needs, delivering file specifications, creation of first file, testing, and providing feedback/overall EDI consultation.
      • Responsible for timely and accurate tracking of cases and statuses for management requirements and reports.
      • Reviews and analyzes all data submitted and initiates calls to Policyholders and Brokers to obtain missing information or clarify questions to ensure proper handling. Educates our policyholders and brokers through written or verbal communication to ensure a smooth, transparent EDI experience and accurate eligibility and premium handling based on contract provisions.
      • Responsible for timely and effective communication and follow up to ensure EDI development of the group is progressing in a manner that aligns with our customer service goals.
      • Proactively monitors and analyzes EDI production activity for quality, accuracy, mapping issues, and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
      • Possesses solid working knowledge of EDI Implementation, Maintenance & Service subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a less tenured staff.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

      • Must have EDI experience or file feed experience working with vendors, ben admin partners and/or customers
      • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, filters, formulas, etc
      • Strong foundation with applications used for eligibility investigation - COMPASS, GSAP, JIRA, EDI Processor, BAM.
      • A strong background with eligibility requirements, contract provisions, and applicable federal/state laws, and emerging industry trends.
      • Excellent customer service & human relations skills.
      • Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn quickly.
      • Thorough understanding of Workplace Solutions products, systems, and distribution channels.

      • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
