      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through EDI onboarding, including identifying business needs and delivering file specifications
      - Track cases and statuses accurately and timely for management reporting
      - Review submitted data and communicate with Policyholders and Brokers to obtain missing information
      - Ensure effective communication and follow-up for EDI development in alignment with customer service goals
      - Monitor and analyze EDI production activity for quality, accuracy, and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Direct EDI work history with knowledge of EDI implementation and maintenance
      - Previous experience with EDI or file feeds involving vendors and benefits administration partners
      - Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, filters, and formulas
      - Strong understanding of eligibility requirements, contract provisions, and applicable laws
      - Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
