Role Description:
Interact with business customers for issue analysis and providing solution for the tickets logged.
Perform root cause analysis on high priority issues in a large production environment.
Competencies EAS : EDI - Electronic Data Interchange
Experience (Years) : 4-6
Essential Skills:
The position will be responsible for providing solutions in the area of EDI functionality, ensure successful delivery, individually participate and contributes on any issues that may affect application functionality.
* Good understanding of all EDI Standard Formats.
* Should have extensive work experience on support projects.
* Should have good knowledge Bug Fix, Root Cause Analysis, any deviation or modification in normal processes.
* Should have good in experience in End-to End Process knowledge and Integration.
* Should be good in Manual testing wherever required
* Interact with business customers for issue analysis and providing solution for the tickets logged.
* Tools like GXS, Gentran, SeeBurger and SI will be added advantage
* Knowledge of QAD Ecommerce will be an added advantage.
* Demonstrates key competencies at the desired levels as defined in the framework for this position.
Desirable Skills : QAD Ecommerce module Integration with QAD
