What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, research, and resolve issues impacting EDI program compliance, including missing EDI, system outages, and operational issues
- Review EDI error dashboards, publish error reports, and drive timely error resolution and root cause problem solving
- Partner with Logistics and IT teams to onboard new partners to the EDI program, including sending and receiving test data
- Respond to EDI questions and requests, supporting the education of EDI requirements
- Document processes, training, and mapping requirements related to EDI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with EDI
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation
- Familiarity with JDA/Blue Yonder software
