- Own the case intake and tracking process keeping the team on schedule to meet any legal deadlines.
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all tasks or assignments.
- Maintain documentation of eDiscovery Center of excellence standard work procedures.
- Develop an understanding of the cross-divisional support requirements that will include all Cox divisions consisting of Cox Enterprises Inc., Cox Communications Inc., and Cox Automotive Inc.
- Advocate customer needs internally to ensure the eDiscovery team meets customer needs.
- Leverage and communicate with cross-divisional business and technical teams to support customer needs.
- Assist in capturing customer requirements and work with peers to create scopes of work and enablement plans to address deliverables.
- Responsible for juggling various tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as four years of experience in a related field in Legal, IT, or Contract Legal Services and Customer Service.
- Requires strong knowledge of using Outlook & TEAMS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to take initiative and be a self-starter, demonstrating drive and motivation in independently tackling a task.
- Experience in Legal, IT, or Contract Legal services.
- Prior experience in working in a corporate environment or law firm.
- Prior experience working with confidential data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting customers with high expectations and diverse needs.
- Certification in Reveal, Brainspace, ACEDS, or other eDiscovery certification(s).
- Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
