What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform remote eDiscovery data collections with occasional travel for onsite imaging projects
- Design and implement defensible collection strategies across various data sources
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data catalog and evidence management system
- Research and evaluate emerging eDiscovery technologies and methodologies
- Maintain strict data hygiene and chain of custody protocols for all evidence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in eDiscovery, data governance, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the EDRM framework and eDiscovery lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience collecting data from enterprise platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Box)
- Experience with forensic acquisition/imaging tools (e.g., Cellebrite, FTK, EnCase)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with cloud-based eDiscovery platforms (e.g., RelOne)
- Background in cybersecurity or digital forensics
