      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing the service delivery relationship
      - Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
      - Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior management
      - Verify that client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy
      - Maintain up-to-date records regarding the status of all projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
      - Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
      - Strong oral and written communication skills that convey confidence and leadership
      - Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to proactively manage expectations
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry
      - Familiarity with database design and management, data processing, and legal document review
      - Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from planning to production
      - Experience in developing project plans and reviewing financial and billing information
